Sam Houston State Univeristy Lowman Student Center
The expansion of Lowman Student Center, which was funded by student referendum, will include a more open floor plan to bring in natural light and to create a more inviting and usable space. The lower level of the expansion will house food services to replace the existing food court with expanded indoor seating and outdoor seating located between buildings. The upper level will merge into the current LSC and connect to a top level parking garage. The Lowman expansion will provide meeting facilities, a pre-event space, and an 11,000sf grand ballroom.

Memorial Hermann Pearland Hospital
Memorial Hermann's Pearland Hospital is a 250,000 sf, 64 bed acute care hospital on a 40 acre site that opened in March of 2016.
Located at 16100 South Freeway, the new campus includes a convenient care center, intensive care unit, 8 operating rooms, cardiac catheterization labs, and medical/surgical bed units.

Noble Energy Global Headquarters
Noble Energy selected Milestone Project Management to coordinate the 1,000,000 sf tenant interior design and construction process for both buildings of their new global headquarters project. The Client tapped the firm because of their proven track record of effectively managing large project teams and advocating the Owner’s interests through out the development process. Milestone’s involvement will also ensure the project is completed within the compressed schedule, while achieving the operational efficiencies and collaborative working environment required by the Client.
Fred Pirkle Engineering Technology Center will house the Department of Agricultural and Industrial Sciences
The new Fred Pirkle Engineering Technology Center will houses the Department of Agricultural and Industrial Sciences. This 53,500 sq. ft. building will be centered around an Innovation Lab, consisting of a main collaboration area supported by shops, clean manufacturing spaces, and ancillary laboratory classrooms for Electronics, Robotics, and Sustainable Energy. This building will also house new classrooms and laboratories for Agricultural Sciences as well as an office suite for the department chairs and a full complement of administrative and faculty offices.
Texas Heart Institute - Dr. Doris Taylor Laboratory
The new lab, designed per Dr. Taylor's specifications, was the incentive she needed to bring her trail-blazing research to Houston. The new lab will allow Dr. Taylor and up to 10 research assistants to chart what's next for heart healthcare. Houston and THI should expect to hear more about "ghost hearts," adult stem cells, cell and gene therapy, and tissue engineering. All aimed at one day regenerating hearts and other organs.

As the St. Luke's The Woodlands Hospital grew, the existing St. Luke's Tektonics/Sports Medicine Center was moved from the MAC II building to a 7,000SF lease space in the adjacent MAC III building.
This new Sports Medicine Center includes exam rooms, exercise equipment, physical therapy equipment, batting cages, and resilient rubber sports flooring.

Sweeny Community Hospital
The new Sweeny Community Hospital is a 120,000sf full sevice healthcare facilty. Located 1 mile west of downtown Sweeny, the critical access hospital provides comprehensive medical care that includes Surgery, Imaging, 24 inpatient beds, Emergency Department, Laboratory, Pharmacy, Hyperbaric Chambers and medical offices.
Tamlyn Headquarters and Warehouse
Manufacturer and distributor, Tamlyn, is expanding their current facitity with an 80,000sf adminsitrative and warehouse building. This project is tilt wall construction and takes advantatge of the adjacent site amentities.
MRI and Imaging Equipment
Milestone has removed and installed over 100 piecies of imaging equipment for our clients. From MRI's, CT, Linear Accellorators, Gamma Cameras, Gamma Knives, Cyberknifes, and general rad/flouro units. All on budget with extremely narrow schedules.
