CONSTRUCTION AUDIT
Beginning her career in healthcare compliance for Texas Medical Center healthcare systems, Trae brings a comprehensive understanding of healthcare auditing and regulatory / document compliance. Trae has performed interfacing duties on behalf of Milestone's clients with FEMA, Texas State Agencies and the USDA.

Mr. Harris is a design firm leader with 40+ years of experience in all business operations of leading and growing a successful professional services design practice, delivering high quality work, actualizing results, and mentoring developing staff. Seasoned Senior Project Executive with experience in complex healthcare and science projects, engaged with visionary clients, extraordinary project teams, and outstanding industry partners.

Mr. Bodway drives project issues and coordinates the activities of the design teams, equipment vendors, contractors and occupancy resources, to ensure a smooth transitions for our clients.

AMY LATULIPE, CPA

With 20 years in the healthcare industry focusing on compliance and audit, Mrs. LaTulipe has developed a broad knowledge base from hospital operational issues to construction auditing. She is experienced in facilitation and has “a talent for getting to the substance of an issue.”
JENNIFER LOPEZ
ASSISTANT PROJECT MANAGER
Ms. Lopez uses her communication, time management, and decision-making skills to ensure project success. She also uses her experience in estimates, change orders, processing invoices, developing contracts, engineering drawings, and more to make that happen.
As an Assistant Project Manager, Jennifer provides support to our Project Managers, Senior Project Managers, and Executive Team in meeting our clients project goals.
Ms. Lopez is also proficient in Spanish.

Mr. Turner is a Registered Architect with experience ranging from programming through construction administration, including healthcare, aviation, corporate, judicial, education, non-profit and housing projects. In his career, he as been responsible for the development and coordination of architectural documents, LEED submittals and presentation drawings. He brings this knowledge and expertise to Milestone in his Project Management role.
MELISSA LOPEZ
ASSISTANT PROJECT MANAGER
Ms. Lopez is a key Assistant Project Manger in the Milestone organization. Melissa is responsible for maintaining the organization and direction of the project. By focusing on cost solutions the delivery of her projects are on-budget/on-time for her clients.
She carefully applies her technical construction subcontractor knowledge and leadership to enable her project team to process information and facilitate effective Owner decisions.
JOSEPH EBERT
SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER
Mr. Ebert has over 30 years of project management experience with the federal government both civilian and military. He retired with the rank of Colonel form the US Army Corps of Engineers, focusing on Military Construction, Program Management and Civil Works as a Director of Public Works.
Mr. Ebert is a results-oriented professional who builds strong connections and relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and other industry partners.

Mr. LaTulipe is a licensed architect and has over 29 years experience in the design and construction industry.
He has a diverse background in planning, architecture, construction project management & program development.

As Project Manager, Jose Galvan, is responsible for maintaining the direction and pace of the project. Jose provides leadership in vendor communication, design facilitation, construction phasing plans, major medical equipment coordination, and information/security systems.
