NOBLE ENERGY GLOBAL HEADQUARTERS

Noble Energy selected Milestone Project Management to coordinate the 1,000,000 sf tenant interior design and construction process for both buildings of their new global headquarters project. The Client tapped the firm because of their proven track record of effectively managing large project teams and advocating the Owner’s interests through out the development process. Milestone’s involvement will also ensure the project is completed within the compressed schedule, while achieving the operational efficiencies and collaborative working environment required by the Client.

MEMORIAL HERMANN PEARLAND HOSPITAL

Memorial Hermann's Pearland Hospital is a 250,000 sf, 64 bed acute care hospital on a 40 acre site and is planned to open in October of 2015. Located at 16100 South Freeway, the new campus includeS a convenient care center, intensive care unit, operating rooms, cardiac catheterization labs, and medical/surgical bed units.

SAM HOUSTON STATE UNIVERSITY
FRED PIRKLE ENGINEERING TECHNOLOGY CENTER

The Fred Pirkle Engineering Technology Center is positioned at a gateway to south campus off of Sam Houston Boulevard. The program called for 4 levels of academic and lab space, with Levels 1 and 2 dedicated to Industrial Engineering and Levels 3 and 4 to Agricultural Sciences. The functional separation of the 2 disciplines is telegraphed in the massing of the exterior facade, with a 2-Story masonry and curtain wall base and 2-Story deep profiled fluted metal panel and ribbon window cap.
